Staff member make sure that renter knows how to use the vehicle safely before he lets you go. The lesson time is not counted in the rental time and that’s good. He also make sure you take personal property you may have put in baskets.It was a worthwhile experience

Nice please, beautiful bikes, friendly people... My wife and I recently rented here and hope to again soon.

The shop has a nice selection of bikes and the staff gives you time to check things out...

Friendly service, good bikes. We had a glitch that was out of the shop’s hands. We did the train and bike trip -train up the coast and ride back- but the train did not stop for us. (Well, it stopped, but took off before anyone could board).So, we rode up and took the train back. It all worked out as the bike lanes were well marked (and there was a local on the trip) but we did not get to use the prepared recording the shop gave us. I can’t, therefore , say if that was good, but I would assume so. I started out alone on the trip and was adopted by a wonderful family of riders. (Singles should not hesitate to go.) BTW, the train folks apologized and honored the one-way tickets back, but asked if we “flagged down the train.” ?So, my advice- flag down the train!

They came to my house to fix my son’s bike- then took it to the store and delivered it back to me! Amazing service- way above and beyond, also reasonable. They will repair any bike. I also purchased a new bike from them. They were very informative- answered all questions, no pressure. Love that they have a 5 year warranty!

Doug and Angel are wonderful to work with! My entire family (nine of us) booked the train ride to Carlsbad tour where we bike back. It was awesome!! I highly recommend using Pedego and booking any tours that they offer!
