From the start everything was headed towards a 5 Star review. Good communication, was willing to meet me on a Saturday to give me an estimate to have three gates installed at a commercial property. This guy never got back to me with an estimate despite me making three attempts to communicate with them again via text message.

The only thing we accomplished was both wasting a Saturday to meet up for absolutely no reason at all. If the job wasn’t something your company was capable of you could’ve relayed that.
