My garage door wouldn't open. The spring broke on the torsion bar. Chris the technician came and saw the problem. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained to me the problem and the solution for the repair. He was very patient explaining to me the problem. He replaced the torsion bar, wheels, and got rid of the squeaky noise for me. I would highly recommend a+ garage door repair and Chris the technician if you're lucky enough to get him.

Our repairman arrived earlier than the time we were given in advance, and he called to let us know he would be early. He was professional, courteous and did a great job of diagnosing our garage door issue. He explained our repair options, and after we made our choice he did an exceptional job with every aspect of the repair and replace project. Craig was our guy today and he was OUTSTANDING!!!!

Kasey called before arrival to let me know his ETA... I really appreciated that!

When Kasey arrived he inspected my garage door, not just the obvious broken spring, but all the parts.

Kasey then provided different options and directions I could go with the fix... no hard selling or pressure... again, I really appreciated that!

Kasey came with a clean truck full of tools and parts, avoiding the need to make multiple trips to the orange or blue hardwares stores.

Once I picked the path to fixing the garage door, Kasey gave me an estimate on how long it would take him to complete the job, and he was spot on with his estimate!

When Kasey left, you couldn't tell he'd ever been there except for the fact that me garage door now works perfectly.

I have another garage door that'll need replacing later this year, and I'll definitely be calling A+ Garage Doors and asking for Kasey.

I wish all tradesman were like Kasey... it would make world a far better place.
