Norbert did a great job fixing my tow hitch on my van, getting me back on the road with confidence! He was professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I had several other welders and mechanics try to fix my issue, but none were able to permanently fix it in a day and instead made smaller fixes that didn't last.

I highly recommend Norbert and A1 for any welding or fabrication needs, no matter how heavy-duty!

Needed tabs welded to my chassis for a harness bar. Called A-1 and was there an hour later having the job done. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable about the types of welding and what procedures needed to be accounted for when welding a car, especially near a fuel tank. 100% would recommend and will return for any other welding jobs I need.

I brought a cast aluminum old patio chair after he did such a great job on the bbq handle. He was able to weld the old metal leg. He reinforced it for me on the leg back where it doesn't show. Now, a complete patio set again and better than new. I brought it in at 5 and had it back in a day. Easy to find just off State College. Nice people. A good price.

This is not a professional welder. Please do not use this shop! After missing the promised delivery date by over a week, the quality of fabrication and welding I received was absolutly unacceptable. I will have to disassemble and take the project to another welder. What a waste of time and money. Shocking to find a trademen who has so little pride in their work and who could care less about their customer.

Have been coming to Norbert for 4 years. Friendly and personable guy and a great welder. Had him construct a photo booth shell of aluminum with my drawings and 4 years later it’s held up and worked really well entertaining at all kinds of celebrations throughout SoCal. I have been back several times for repairs due to me dropping it and it’s always been great to deal with him. Highly recommend him.

I’m blown away of how great their customer service is they fixed a broken piece I had in less than 24 hours! They guarantee their work too so that gives you price of mind. I 1000% recommend this place for any welding needs you may have. You can tell they are very experienced. It’s a great family owned place with hard working people. I’m definitely coming back here.
