Everyone was friendly and helpful. The elevator was convenient. I got in and out in under 15 minutes. It was fantastic.

Staff (in this particular location) are extremely rude and condescending, specially an impolite, ill-mannered, randy woman who grabbed and cut my old placard and threw it in trash while I was begging and entreating for not to do and return it to me to complete an artwork that I am doing from all my old placards during all these years 😩 She didn’t listen to me and did not return my cut placard. A big shame for AAA 👎👎👎 considering to cancel my membership after 38 years.

Basically i arrived by cruise on monday to vancover and leave friday from seatle on Alaska
Cruise. So i came in hoping they could help coordinate and plan a trip for those gap days they could not , they could not help finding transportation , rental cars nothing

Hoorah for Laguna Hills and *Becky in DMV* services! We have availed ourselves 3 times just this past year of the very valued DMV Services. Each time we were happily greeted by the uber-knowledgeable Becky who processed our requests quickly, pleasantly and perfectly. Both my sons came to this location and I requested the same teachers. One was Penny who was so knowledgeable and patient, and the other was Daniel because I needed a particular day and time, and my son really liked his demeanor as well. Its really good training and if you have AAA membership, it's a good deal. You can sign up for extra classes too, like night driving, though my sons both just did the basic required course
