I'm definitely angry at my situation. But this company was noting but disrespectful and rude since the moment I open my account.
The lady whom I spoke first to opne my account was rushing me to get the policy. Asking questions as "are you going to get this or not cause I'm leaving soon"
Secondly I ask her to leave my card on file so that it could be charged monthly. And she sweore that it would do so. And I just found out that no payment was done so my policy was cancel.
I requested to get a new policy and I did ask to get a discount or to not pay for full price since this was not my fault neither was I told of this situation from the beginning. And sure, ignorance is not an excuse but it shows the people that they hire on this place are just there to warm up chairs as when I requested this I was denied any discounts, and I was told to go somewhere else.
When I express my frustration and call them rude and horrible on the phone, the guy just mocked me and told me to hang up.
Sure I'll be paying for new policy now but I rather do business with a company that does their job well.
I reslly hope this helps somone who is on the fence and don't their business with this people. Or I hope I was the only that got the short stick of the draw.

I must say! I had the best service by Bertha Berlanga! She deserves a raise and a 10 star ⭐️ review option. 10/10 🙌 She helped me get the best insurance rate for 3 cars and gave me roadside assistance for little to nothing than what I was already gonna pay. Very positive attitude and supportive. I am beyond satisfied with her assistance and my insurance. Process was so fast and easy. I would definitely recommend Bertha to my friends for insurance.
