I had doubts about going here because of the last few reviews that have been left.
The gentleman that I dealt with today was friendly, quick, and efficient. He wore a mask (but you are not required to) and gloves as he took my fingerprints.
I had no problems, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Super fast service but the guy was a bit abrasive and pushy. But that’s not why I’m giving the one star. He took my hand and pushed so hard into my fingers to get my prints he tore the skin. And he had gloves on. Gross! Be more careful and cut your nails.

They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. The office is easy to find and the people were lovely. Highly recommend - especially if you need a fingerprint card (as opposed to Livescan) like I did for an out-of-state teaching credential.
