Our experience with Acosta Glass has been outstanding! My wife and I have turned to their team over the past 2 years for windows, custom windows and now a sliding glass door install where they have always done a fantastic job. Their installers are professional and their office team does a great job communicating throughout the project from start to finish. We could not recommend their team enough to anyone looking to have any glazing work performed at their home or business. A plus for us is that Acosta Glass is also local and as Dixon residents we couldn't be happier having such a quality glazing contractor in town. Needed a small piece of glass cut to replace a window that gat broke.
Called on Friday about 1pm. Glass was done by 3pm.
Spoke with several people at the business, they were all very friendly and helpful, shout out to Demitri.
I will be returning when I'm ready to have out old single pane windows replaced.
Also met the owner, he was nice as well.
Great job all around!

I used this place last year to replace our bathroom window with frosted glass. They were great to work with then. Fast forward to this year, we hired them to replace an old window in one of our rental homes. The tech who came out didn't say much, wasn't very informative, and let me know that someone would be in touch with a quote. I called a week later in order to get the quote since I still hadn't received it and kept being told that they weren't sure when the boss would be in to look over the quote and they couldn't send it before he okayed it. When we finally got the quote, we decided to move forward. I paid for the service in full, and was told that it would take a few weeks for the window to come in. 4 weeks later, the window is here. They called me to schedule installation and gave me a window of 8-10, then they called me back and said the windows would actually be 10-12 and then asked me since I would not be there, but my tenants would be how I would like them to send the invoice. I let them know that I already paid in full, and he said you paid the deposit. I reassured him that I paid in full and I had a copy of the check to show him. He then said, Oh right, I forgot, I'll email you a receipt. Yesterday was installation day. 12:30pm they still had not shown up and my tenant text me. I called acosta glass and he said oh they should have been there by now. Let me see where they're at. He called me back to let me know that they had gotten a flat tire somewhere, but that they would be on their way soon. They were there for the remainder of the day, told me that there was dry rot and wood needed to be replaced as well as drywall. They didn't finish and told my tenant they would probably be back the next day. No one called me to arrange this and they were closed by the time the worker left. I called at 8am the following morning and was told they would be there in an hour. Then they called back and said they would be there in 20 minutes. I told them I may be a few mins late as I was not prepared to be there so early. I made it there in 25 mins, and he showed up 30 mins after me. So....an hour. It took him 3 hours, a trip to the store, another trip to their shop (in which he left, didn't tell me he was leaving, and hit our garbage can down with his truck in the process of leaving). I called them at that point to convey my annoyance in the lack of communication and hitting my garbage can, the front desk staff gave me the bosses phone number (Francisco), I called and left a message with my grievances and still have not received a call back from said boss. No drywall was replaced so I'm curious as to what the invoice is going to say when I receive it. I'm not sure what happened between last year and this year, but the communication is lacking severely. I'm not sure that I would use them again.
