All In Cycles is an awesome bicycle shop! There a lot of bicycle shops out there but none with this customer service. I’ve used this shop multiple times for my bicycle repairs & at a great price. They are honest & actually care about their customers. Thank you!

I'm not a particularly avid cyclist - I have a road bike that like to take to work and back, about 15 minutes each way to keep cardio up & save on gas. Something about the debris in the road or the stickers from the trees in Mesquite have me needing to replace a tube once every month or so. The last time I had to get one replaced by this store, it was difficult. I dropped the wheel off right at closing time on Wednesday (I leave work at the same time the shop closes), and was told I would get a call when the wheel was ready. Not only did I not get a call, I had to go to the shop that Friday to check on it, and it had been completed without any attempt at notification.

The very next ride I took, the same tube went flat. I have no way of knowing whether the tube was actually replaced or not, or if I was just unlucky and got another puncture. I called the store to see if there was any kind of warranty on the tube, or if it could at least be looked at. Not only was my call unanswered, but I left a voicemail and never heard back.

All I've gotten recently is either poor work, or apathetic staff.

AVOID!!

Brought in an older Trek bike to be adjusted, cleaned, tuned up. Went to pick it up....it wasn't cleaned. I asked Mike (owner) about the cleaning (which he charged me for)....he said, "Oh...I'll clean it up now." He went into the back area and then said, "I don't have any cleaning rags....sorry." He offered to send me home with some kind of cleaning liquid so I could do it myself.....huh?

I questioned the bill....he wouldn't budge! Amazing....I guess when you're the only game in town you can get away with poor service. Avoid this business....Mike is not to be trusted.

The guy that runs this store is not an honest person. We bought two electrical bikes with the guarantee that he would repair and replace parts if needed. When we needed repairs done, he gave us the runaround for two years, telling us he was waiting on parts from China, but that he had repaired one bike. When we finally demanded our bikes back he had done absolutely nothing to either bike and finally told us he had got into a fight with the bike company and couldn't get our parts. His solution was to buy new bikes from him at cost. What a joke!! The worst service I have ever received.

Met the owner named Mike
Saw in person the absolute best remodeled interiors ever!! Wow it is so huge!!!!!
Will have to go there next time!!!
And maybe plan out a AllinCycles Group Ride one day!!!!

Mike and his crew are exceptional. Many know that we used to own and run a sporting goods shop (Jadde Sports) with a bike shop here in town. From the service I've had and the knowledge Mike and his team have, this is definitely the go to place when you need a new bike, or need maintenance on your older bike. By the way, I love my new electric bike!!

Doesn't know much about anything. Doesn't fix flat tires on scooters. Nor does know of places that can fix tires. Not nice either
