We needed to rent a forklift because our regular one decided to quit in the middle of unloading a truck. All Star was able to have a rental delivered within two hours. The only issue (not really their fault) was that the cost of delivery and pickup of the forklift was more expensive than the cost of renting it. All in all, a good experience, and grateful they were able to help us out.

My cat got stuck up a tree in a very difficult to reach spot, so I decided to rent a lift that could potentially get me closer. Dennis was a massive help - he helped me figure out the best lift for the job, helped me load the equipment into my truck, and showed me how to use it. He really went above and beyond to help me out. Thank you Dennis and thank you All Star Rents! Our cat is safe and sound thanks to you.

Great customer service here. Everyone is always very friendly, helpful, informative, and fair. Recently rented a lift to paint vaulted ceilings. Just make sure the doorway is tall enough and there are no stairs if renting one of these, as they are very heavy.
