quite often i never get my bill in the mail. i'll send payment direct from my bank (so i have proof) but it will take AW over a week to process my check, making my payment "past due." their website is sketchy, and they charge for using a card to make a payment. this company is so outdated. they need to take a clue from any other utility/cable/internet company and give people the option to receive ebills and give people the option of autopay. maybe they just like to waste a lot of paper, like they like to waste people's time.

Just recently moved to Monterey and something happened to where my water wasn’t turned on when I had scheduled it to, but Jaime came out at 9pm at night to turn it on for us so we could shower same day after a very stressful move and made things a little bit better.

They never answer their phone. It’s upsetting when you need it to talk to someone in the office and no ones there to answer your phone called. This happened so many times.
