Writing this review for my dad who’s recent to Apria Healthcare. Good customer service and the ladies I spoke with on the phone were both friendly and helpful regarding his CPAP machine. Quick delivery of the machine and parts to our home.

Is a zero rating possible? No delivery for days. Waiting on the phone for 15 minutes. Never answered. Only option for Kaiser wheelchair rental. They have horrific reviews and now we are experiencing the same awful service. Do not use this company if at all possible. Look at the complaints and reviews
for yourself.

I was given an appointment for 12:00 pm-which runs 12:00-12:30pm. Posted on the door CLOSED.
I called and within 1/2 hour-while on her lunch break—a staff member kindly assisted me. Thank you!!

This business has a very low rating & well deserved. Patient care is their last concern. Staff is rude, unpleasant if you have a polite complaint. Not kidding waited YEARS for equipment just received 3 months ago setting not set, equipment is wrong. Lost track of how many times they sent the wrong equipment. Called several times & was told over & over that they just sent the equipment & told me the date received etc. But could not or would not comprehend that it is the WRONG EQUIPMENT. So waited for a Supervisor/Manager to call me back. Left a VM stating the date it was sent & received. My stress level & blood pressure goes up just thinking of having to call them.

This organization does not provide receipts for medical supplies when you have paid through their online auto pay portal. Which I'm fairly sure is not legal, and they refused to agree to send me needed receipts for HSA/FSA. Saying I would have to call them every time I need a receipt so they can manually send it out. What a waste of my customer service time.
