I contacted them to try and come out to look at a clearance issue regarding a refrigerator panel.

After some initial emails, I was ghosted. When I called to follow up, they were combative and then refused to even come out and take a look, even though they said this is a issue they can address! I was and am willing to pay for a consultation, I guess they aren't hurting for business.

Tom lied about emailing me back and was extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

Great custom wood doors and windows but when sap seepage required $2k in refinishing--within 6 months of install--they refused any responsibility.
