Company is unable to provide quotes. Either by email or when reminded by phone. Don't bother. Typical California, too busy smoking their own elitism to do their job.

These guys are crooks! Terrible Customer Service!!! only a one star because there isn't zero stars.

Wolfgang the owner took a piece of equipment to repair, lost it then said he never got it. He finally agreed to replace with a used unit after many months of trying to contact him. Guess what he just said that and never did anything to resolve it, he also will not answer any phone calls or emails to get the issue resolved. Several people at our company involved have tried to get this resolved, without any success.

I would not do business with American Rotary Tools.
