This ATT store is awesome! The team bends over backwards to serve you and resolve any issues. They even made a home visit to help me out getting Direct TV set up for me. So nice and such personal, joyful service. A very rare business etiquette these days!!!

I tried to unlock my iPhone and missed the grace period time. After trying unsuccessfully on my own I went to At&T Dublin branch. The customer service helped setting up online request for unlocking my phone. After 1 week of waiting I received email that my iPhone was unlocked, but I still have to follow a few more steps. I went back again to this branch and Charlie provided all the necessary steps that I had to follow. And I successfully have an unlock iPhone. Thank you for your service Charlie, much appreciated your help.

Wow! Winnie is amazing. I was extremely frustrated with a different carrier and had been having so many issues accessing my account. So I went to this store and Winnie was so patient in helping me port over my number and get a great deal with no monthly commitment. She was kind and professional and I left with AT&T service on my own device within about 30 minutes. Super happy customer here.
