Ok let's get some up to date reviews posted. These people are awesome at what they do ever wonder why you can't get to drop off your deer it's because that are great at what they do. Fair friendly and great products. So if you use them review them. They turn out quality product,jerky,summer sausage and breakfast sausage.

Do yourself a favor and take your deer to Barrett’s. I got so much meat off one doe it was unreal. And they’re extremely quick. I dropped my deer off on a Thursday evening and got a call Saturday morning saying she was ready.

P.S- everything said about how good the salami is is absolutely true. I was gonna call it good for the season after I got me a doe but after trying the salami I’m going back out for muzzleloader season so I can get more!

The place I normally went to went out of business, a friend recommended Barrett’s and I’m glad he did. They got my deer processed and back in great time. Everyone there was very friendly and treated me great, HIGHLY RECOMMEND BARRETT’S

Our last processor gave up Deer for Beef. Only complaint is I wish I could pay more for shrink wrapped. Otherwise this sausage is phenomenal and I am very happy with the quality of cuts!! Will be back glad we found our new favorite we have seen a few bad one's until them!!
