My husband and I wanted to experience the FULL BEAUTY of Monterey and the 17 mile drive so we booked two electric bikes here. Everything was very convenient and the employees were great! We showed up at 9am for our reservation and after we got our bikes and helmets, one of the employees suggested that they have jackets and gloves as well….we were so thankful for those! What a great time we had riding around and even stopped to eat and shop. We had the bikes for 8 hrs and did 40 miles and it was GREAT. Highly recommend them for your bike rental needs!

My husband and I had the most amazing experience renting through Big Sure Adventures. D got us fully prepared for a full day of e-bike riding down 17 mile drive. We went from Cannery Row down the coast to Carmel and back and the bikes handled very well. The bikes were clean, properly maintained, and D paid attention to little details like a phone mount, making sure the brakes didn't squeak, and answering all of our questions on how to operate the bikes, optimize battery usage, and even tips on riding the coast. We can't wait to go back and take our daughter!

I had a great time ebiking. I was afraid but let me tell you why because I'm a small adult standing tall @ 4'10" lol. I was afraid that the bike were going to be too big for me and I was going to fall whenever I stop. Unfortunately, the ebike was prefect I just need some practice. Thank goodness we went in the day before and Clayton help get the bike adjusted & I get to try it out ❤️.

Roman was the absolute best guide ever. He was so informative and very knowledgeable in every stop we made, and with any question you through at him about the history of the city. The bikes were perfect. My wife and son had brand new E-Bikes, and I had the extra rear seat bike for my younger daughter. We all absolutely loved the ride and found it so easy to ride. The 17-Mile ride absolutely needs to be experienced on a bike and booked with Big Sur Adventures. We saw otters, deer, a hawk, hermit crabs, and many different bird species. If you are searching for a company to book your tour with, look no further.

This was my second time to do the electric bike tour with Big Sur Adventures. I brought my family with me this time. It was a blast! I love the facts that the tour guides provide. Monterey has a unique history and ecosystem. It's one of the most beautiful places you will ever visit!

What a wonderful outting! Our tour guide Roman was a local and knew lots is history of this gorgeous area. He was kind and made sure our party didn't start too far away. I personally had a difficult time with the throttle, but Roman was kind enough to help me out. Unfortunately my daughter whipped out and crashed into a sign, Roman provide first aid and all was well. All the stops we made were breath taking and beyond scenic. Roman made this tour memorable and we'd love to do it again!

Oh how fun! Great place highly recommend!! We came here from atl Ga. The staff was great helpful very good directions!! This was one of the best ways to tour Monterrey California!! Views are amazing!!
