Outstanding fresh pasta! 👌 Discovered Bigoli after eating at Gusto one night.
We make a trip down to Monterey every few months. Quite often just to pick up some pasta, and have lunch at Jose's (right around the corner 😋).
Bigoli pasta freezes, and keeps VERY well. I just need to remember to not buy too much..... It just makes for too long a wait for an excuse to drive down to Jose's for lunch. 😅
