The crew, consisting of Jason, Billy, Andrew, Sean, and Edwin, confirmed our decision by treating our home with the utmost care and respect. Thoughtful cleanups and organization were maintained throughout the project. They managed our multi-color selection seamlessly, and the final walk-through ensured our satisfaction. Katie, the manager, followed up a few weeks later to ensure we remained pleased with the work. Through her, we learned about Bob’s commitment to his employees, such as keeping them employed during slow periods by having them work on their own homes. This rare kindness extends to their customers. Despite our staircase project taking longer than expected, they honored the original contract without additional charges, aiming to retain us as loyal customers. We eagerly anticipate having them paint our exterior in 2025. This was a truly exceptional 5-star experience.

We have owned our house for over 42 years. We have had it “painted” several times during that time. “Bob’s Professional Painters” is the best painting service we have ever had. They are miles above other painters because
(1) They provide a color consultant.
(2) They did all carpentry and repair work in preparation for the painting in addition to the careful prepping and taping for painting.
(3) They were very careful of the landscaping and the dog .
(4) They were mindful about what we wanted, at each step of the process.
(5) They cleaned up after themselves every day,

It can be difficult to find a painter that keeps their commitments and does an excellent job! Bob's team did an excellent job and they were very professional. Our house was not prepared-we had been working too much and Bob's team took it in stride and did everything making it so easy for us during a really crazy time for us. Great job and looks amazing.

Bob's crew painted the entire interior of our house. I had gotten bids from six other paint companies, but Bob really stood out from the rest. When he came to my house to give me the estimate, he spent a half hour (whereas most of the other painters spent at most ten minutes) going through each room and jotting down notes. He made good suggestions about the type of paint to use in different rooms, and also volunteered to do some extras like touching up my painted kitchen cabinets. It was obvious that Bob had an eye for detail and wanted the job to be done well. He sent me his estimate the same day we met.

I was struggling with what paint colors to use, and Bob picked up many paint samples to put on the walls to make sure I was happy with my choice. His crew was on time each day and cleaned up nicely at the end of the day. They were friendly and respectful of our space. They also made it possible for us to keep living in the house while it was being painted. Bob said it would take six days to do the entire house, and it took six days to do the entire house. Before leaving, he made sure I went through each room with his crew to ensure I was happy with the end result. I give Bob's Professional Painting my highest recommendation.
