Bob Sr. is a gem! I brought in a vintage sewing machine I inherited from my grandma, to be repaired.

It was my first time ever trying a service like this. I called ahead and the gentleman over the phone was friendly and I could tell instantly, that this was the place where I should go.

I took it in, and Bob greeted me and looked over my machine, and even opened it up in front of me and pointed out what would need to be fixed. He is a wealth of knowledge! I haven’t received the final repair just yet, but my initial interaction was so good, I just had to drop a review. I trust my machine is in good hands. If I ever need anything for my sewing machines or vacuums, this is the place I’m going to!

The store is also clean, tidy, and bright.

Amazing customer service! Polite, efficient, and took care of my needs! They don’t waste your time on working on your vacuum cleaner if the part they order doesn’t work…they’ll have it replace for you with the manufacturer… that is if you’re still under warranty! I’m extremely happy that Bissell recommend me here!

I brought Bob a Sears Kenmore built in 1971 that was passed on to me from my Grandma and last actively used around the 90's. It was FULL of grime, muck, & greasy as can be, It worked but the needle would stop moving with the motor still going, I picked it up within his amazing 2 day turn around time and literally have a NEW MACHINE!!! This thing sews through 6 layers of denim like butter and does not skip a beat!! Thank you Bob soo much for bringing this machine back to life for me! It by far puts any modern machine to shame! Look at that baby shine like new in the pics ♥♥♥
