This review is not coming from the typical customer. It’s coming from an employee who has worked inside Bridgeport Processing. I can’t tell you just how much I trust in BP for ALL of my wild game processing needs but I will share a couple examples why I keep coming back. As a butcher for Bridgeport Processing I have had the opportunity to see exactly how your wild game is being processed from the inside out. It’s typical to find the meat from other wild game animals being mixed in with your batch so that the customer has an even volume of meat. NOT HERE. You get back exactly what you brought in with you when you dropped off. That alone gives this place 5-stars! This next reason however, puts Bridgeport Processing over the top. So again, as a butcher for BP I would see all the processes from start to finish on an animal that was dropped off and picked up when ready. The fact that this place stays clean 24/7 is INCREDIBLE. I’ve never seen any restaurant or any animal processing plant that makes consistent day-cleaning a routine. I’ll never go anywhere else for my wild game processing. I TRUST this place, its owner, and its employees.
