I began attending this Church over 30yrs ago at the age of 17 when it was behind the old Hungry Hunter restaurant. I returned to the new location on Piedmont Rd a few years ago and felt the same welcoming, warm & friendly greetings as I did the first time I walked into this Church 30yrs ago. Some of the same people are still attending after all these years. You can feel the Love in this Church with no judgement from the people and can feel Gods presence. I have been attending Calvary Assembly of God since 2018. I was looking for a Church and I had visited about 16 Churches prior and Calvary. They really made me feel welcome immediately and had an amazing service.

From the worship team, to the Pastors, and all the members, this Church is Bible based and full of love ❤️ and compassion. There are so many Bible study programs too mid-week, from young children to teens and adults and even a separate women’s weekly study. Currently, all studies are on Zoom and they are lots of fun and full of biblical truths.

Calvary Assembly is a wonderful church. Pastor Mike Todd is an excellent teacher of God’s Word. The congregation is very warm and friendly and also very ethnically diverse. Children’s Church is fun and exciting for the kids. Please checkout Calvary Assembly you won’t be disappointed.
