I received a call on 4/27 from Canyon Plastics' Business Development Manager. Mr. Gajera was very polite and apologized for the difficulty I had in getting responses to my email inquiries. Canyon's customer service team is pleasant and I believe they will improve communication moving forward. We have been a customer of theirs for a couple of years and have experienced a massive downturn in their quality, their business practices, and we are currently in search of a new jar provider. They have sold our already paid for inventory twice now, and have now become more of a headache than anything else to deal with. There are countless container providers out there...... waiting to see if they make this right or not. I will update this review as well as my facebook business review and our BBB submission upon their correction of their errors.
