I bought a cav 3100 and it briely worked....that is until I had to buy a new computer with a 64 bit.... now it does not work any longer and I am in a position that I cant comply with the laws and regulations of my state. I have numerously called tech support only to be told that it wont work with a 64 bit computer because they don't have any software to support it.... BUYERS BEWARE.... they basically told me they weren't going to do anything else nor give me any money back... they are a crooked company... I will never buy from them again.
