Very fast unloading
Back up off the street and it is an very busy street plenty of room
No over night parking…I did see some trucks parked on side the road
Lumper fee was $180 (Teammates) they take checks are money code

Receivers are very quick to unload here, they unloaded me in about 45 mins. Mostly they assign door 1&2. If you arrive early park on street beside the curb on cargill building side, other side is no parking. Upon arrival call number on fence door and be prepared to pay lumper fees. Backing up from street is best option from driver side, there is lots of space in front to straighten the truck and trailer. Overall it was good experience.

Surprisingly good place to deliver to. Yes, you have to back in from the street and yes it's narrow in the dock, but it's super easy and wide open. 3 maybe 4 trucks can park overnight ONLY on their side of the street. Do not park on the other side. I did an overnight and had a 130pm appointment and they got me in at first thing in the morning. Out in 45 minutes. Nice people.

Excellent unload time. In the door at 0700 and out by 0730. No bathrooms or it would of been 5 stars. Only 3 parking spots in the front. You can park on Cornet St. which is a few blocks away.

Don’t arrive sooner than your scheduled appointment mine was at 8am and I had checked in at 7am as in most places you can check in up to an hour early. Well I was given a door promptly but unloading didn’t start until 9:30am and prior to unloading me another appointment had shown up so it added to my time at the door. I still gave a 5 star because these fellas here don’t give you any trouble or treat you like your nobody they just said they go by appointments. That being said arrive no sooner than 30 min as parking is limited on the street. Plus these dudes are fast to unload

Wonderful place. I came here for a delivery. My appointment was for 1:00pm. Right now it's 7:00am and I'm in door 2 getting unloaded. On top of that, an employee brought me a cup of coffee. Unbelievable. I tried to give him five dollars, but he wouldnt take it. Company policy he says. Big street. Lots of parking. If you get here early just back into a door like I did. Like I said, wonderful place. And good people. Very professional.

Overall not bad got back from street. Plan your route here carefully so you dont get a fine because there some roads that have weight limit or trucks not allow.

300$lumper fee and 3hours to unload on a sunday. Inflation impacting those lumpers harder I guess...
