!!!DON'T BUY ANY PARTS FROM HERE!!
I bought so many parts from here and realized that all parts are not available to return at all!!! Even if they sent me the broken parts. I wasted over 1k for nothing. I won't buy any other stuffs anymore. THEY ARE SCAMMERS WATCH OUT SERIOUSLY. Also they double-charged for shipping even if I ordered the stuffs at the same day. I hope they close the store soon. Stop scamming people.

After agreeing to ship an item for a certain amount, this company gouged me on shipping. I was notified of the overcharge same day and called Case. The salesman (same person) assured me I didn't know what I was talking about and the correct amount would be charged. Well, I was, in fact overcharged, so I emailed him after he sent me the invoice with the overcharge. He assured me he would refund the difference, then blew me off. So I called the company a week later and was patronized by a different salesman, who acted like I was being cheap because they ripped me off. He finally agreed to refund the money and didn't. Today I had to report them to my credit card company to get a refund, as it's been nearly two weeks now. This is not because of COVID, it's because of men who don't respect customers or feel an obligation to refund money they took without authorization. Disgusted. It doesn't matter if you have cheap prices if you then gouge people on shipping. Will never buy from this company again. This charge was absurd.
