This will be the last year I bring my Wild game to this butcher, I've brought many animals to them in the past and they charge $2 per pound but they decided to charge me $2.50 a pound, when I asked him about that he got extremely defensive raising his voice at me about how we all complain about the new increase and he hangs up on me, that's how they treat their loyal customers, I posted a picture of the venison stew meat that I received from cliffs that has all the silverskin left on, nice and chewy, thanks cliff

Nice and Friendly. This is not your typical butcher though. It is not a store front so everything is done special ordered so you need to call them first.
