Highly recommend Coast to Coast to anyone. Melissa Garcia, our Account Manager is wonderful. We use their products for our business - amazing service. We had a part on our printer fail and she has been very helpful in providing us a replacement so we didn't have to buy a brand new printer. I got a phone call one day from Mary Stephen about 5 years ago trying to sell toner/ drums for my printer. I really don't order from people over the phone, but she said give her company a chance. That was the best move I could have ever make. Mary has been a God send, she has saved us so much money, their product come very fast, the price is great and I love her customer service. Coast to Coast does the most, I wouldn't use anyone else.

Coast to Coast is a delight to work with. Their service and delivery is prompt. They check in to find out how their products are working and promptly resent a cartridge when the chip didn't work. Their prices can't be beat and they actually answer their phone and respond expediently to emails. They even have a cartridge recycle program.
