In 2020, my rep was the best, Jessica. Now, not only are they short on inventory but the reps I deal with now are dismissive and talk super fast like they just do not have the time. They are just inches away from tell me to go screw off! I had to go to Lady Byrd even though I'm paying fir shipping because they have the inventory.

Highly recommend these products. They produce a great product! I ran into a sales rep who gave me some samples for my beard and I love them. They are not greasy and oily like other beard products I have purchased in the past. On top of that the fragrance is very appealing as well. Great stuff

Rude and dismissive upon my walking in no receptionist, but the man in the office with a glass wall behind the reception area ignored me for quiet a while and so did his Co worker who walked out eating lunch. Finally he asked had I been helped even though he know I hadn't been helped. A worker came out who didn't make time to meet with me, but would later harass me to make purchases with the company without meeting to display samples of what they offer or could do. I'm a small company so I guess they don't care what lack of impression they make. Turns out their products are not quality any way, very cheap. These other post sound fake from my experience, I'm professional and present myself well, there wasn't a reason I should've been treated so poorly. Take your business elsewhere.
