I purchased my bumper through Northridge4x4.  They set my expectations on delivery times and Crawler Conceptz exceeded my expectations.  I was nervous about that considering I had an upcoming offroad trip planned.  They got it it to me in plenty of time.  I lined up a local powder company in advance and dropped it off after I inspected and test fitted the bumper.  The instructions were clear and easy to follow.  I'm not sure what else I could expect from a company.  Quality made in the USA gear with on time delivery at a competitive price.  I have, and will continue to, recommend Crawler Conceptz to anyone looking for hard core Jeep products.

Been building my Jeep with Crawler Conceptz parts for a while now. I absolutely love the fitment and the workmanship that has gone into them. I can see how well they are built. I have their front skinny fender flares, rear skinny bumper, rear tire carrier and rear quarter panel armor with the flare delete. The amount of effort they have put into these parts is amazing to me. It proves that they do everything in house and the right way. Not like some of the junk that’s out there.
I’ve also beat on these parts too. I off road my jeep a lot and have smashed every part on rocks at some point. Not a single piece has bent or cracked. What more can I say?
Best parts around. And I will keep building with them as I upgrade my jeep.

RUN, RUN, RUN!!! Do not do business with this company. I wish I could give NO stars!! I wish we would have looked closer to the reviews before ordering the parts from here. We liked the looks of the crowler finders on a jeep we saw a few months ago and wanted to upgrade ours from the factory ones. Called and they said we could have the parts in 3 weeks, so we ordered.
Three weeks came and went and nothing. Called, they were behind – took another 3-4 weeks to just get the fronts. Despite seeing them on a similar jeep and being reassured all was good, when we got the front finders they did not fit. The holes were off a good quarter to a half inch, no way they would install and look right. Called Shad – he had one excuse after another about employee turnover, the parts might have slipped out of the guides during fab. I guess they use to have a really good fab guy but I think he split because of how bad the company was.
By then we saw the bad reviews and just asked for a refund. They said no refund until they got the finders back. We bugged them for a week to get the return material authorization for shipping. They got the parts with 3 days of us shipping. We then asked for the refund. Again, one excuse after another. They finally issued a PayPal e-check that said it needed 5-10 days to process. The check bounced! I called again, a shell game continued for days.
I had to use different phone numbers to call them, if they recognized the number – they would not answer. I asked for Shad to call me back and either the receptionist, Robyn, never gave him the message or he just didn’t care. He never called and she never called back when she said she was “checking” into things. They issued a second check – it bounced again! I had to call multiple times every day for 2 week, threatened a law suit. Also threaten to call the TV stations and report the story on how the owner Shad was off jet setting to Florida and not paying people their money back. They lie to you over and over and don’t care. There are better companies out there, don’t shop here!

People who know me know that I am very big on customer service and I tell everyone that will listen when I get bad service, they also know that I also tell everyone when I get great customer service. Unfortunately this is me telling everyone that will listen about my horrible experience with a business that goes by the name Crawler Conceptz and it's owner Shad. Hopefully this will save others from making the same mistake as I have and not be out $234.21 like i am at the time of writing this.
This ordeal started when I won a raffle ticket at Moab Easter jeep safari 2017. I spend between $500 and $1500 on raffle tickets every year at this event. I've heard the horror stories of businesses not making good on the gift certificates that people win at EJS, but fortunately this is the first and only time I've had an issue with collecting on a winning ticket. This winning ticket gave me a $400 gift certificate for Crawler Conceptz. I called and spoke with Shad on June 6th 2017 and ordered front and rear inner fenderwells. Shad told me that he would ship the fronts right away and the rears were on backorder and would be shipped in 2 weeks. The total was more than what the gift certificate was for but covered more than the amount needed for the fronts and shipping. He still charged my credit card immediately for the rears and shipping even tho he had just told me they were on backorder.
I received the fronts in a very timely manner and am very happy with the quality of them. After waiting over a month for the rears and not getting an e-mail or phone call to update me, I called and asked about the rears and was told that they were having issues with quality control and I was promised that they would be shipped the following week and I would get an e-mail with a tracking number. Then the end of the next week came and still with no update to me by phone or email I called back and was told the exact same excuse. I have called every week to every other week and been given the same lie every time.
Finally on November 6th I finally had enough of being lied to and asked to have my order cancelled and my credit card be refunded. I was told it would take 3 to 5 business days to see the credit. This is what I expected, as I think that is the norm.
Needless to say after about 8 or 9 business days I still hadn't received my refund. As of today November 22nd I have yet to see my card credited $234.21.
