If I can spare you the time of coming here to rent a storage and experiencing the worst quality of customer service, then this review has fulfilled his purpose. The facility and its staff is very mediocre compared to its price point. The team that is on site is very unwelcoming, very lacking in professionalism, uneducated on how to attend to customers, and overall unpleasant to rent from. Save yourself the negative experience with them, and half the cost and consider other storage units with better environments.

The ladies at the storage unit are absolutely amazing. We had to break in to our unit Please ladies call the police officers, gave them video footage and gave the video footage to the insurance company before we even knew what to do and help us do the process. After that they kept a close eye on the units out front and let us know if anything ever happens suspicious. They are so kind Izzy deal with. Often I forgot my Pass code for the gate, but they were right there to give it to me again, or let me in. And when we called to make our payments, all we had to do was say our name and they know exactly what unit we were in there were very kind, professional, and helpful.

The fees are lower than anywhere else and, most importantly, the Manager, Jennifer and her mother, made the whole experience easy. Both expressed their heightened sense of security on the grounds of this facility, watching for intruders and making sure all proceedures were followed.

The management was very nice and helpful.The price was just where I needed it to be to rent the storage.our unit was just the right size.The property is well taken care of and I like the security that they have on property.I give them 10 star if I could .Thank You CubeSmart.

My belongings were safe and the overall storage access was secured. Therefore, I appreciated being in an area where I too felt safe coming and going there! Mostly, the office staff are to be commended for their professionalism and knowledge of the storage needs of their customers.
