The staff at this establishment was unprofessional and disrespectful. They also were not at all knowledgeable about clients of theirs outside of DLIFLC students. As an additional heads up, I was also told by the staff member that filling one of the installation-provided ICE complaint cards would have no effect on them whatsoever. According to the one person working there, they are immune from ICE complaints. Be prepared to be treated poorly when forced to interact with this shop.
