Arrived Sunday morning and I was greeted by Christian. Very sweet and polite. He lead me to Kevin who helped me with sale. I already knew what vehicle I wanted I’m glad they had the color and trim I was looking for. They were honest and did not pressure me into purchasing anything extra I didn’t want. Then Issac helped me go over the finance portion. I had already been approved through my credit union so that helped a lot. Issac was very clear and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the extra time he took to explain everything and options I had. It was a team effort.
The dealership had other vehicles too and some really good deals on used models. I purchased a new vehicle only because I wanted to be the the first to scratch up the new key fob and know exactly how it’s been treated. My vehicle had 2 miles on it. It’s Wednesday and I have enjoyed driving my new vehicle so far. I do recommend and will go back in the future for an upgrade.

GMC is a step above the rest. These guys didn’t harass me at all. The products spoke for itself. I almost bought a ram. So glad I didn’t. My 2500 at4 is by far the best vehicle I’ve ever owned. I highly recommend Josh and Christian and the finance team they made my transaction quick and painless.

Ali was excellent in his performance especially with explaining all the functions of the truck.. the buying experience was pleasant, easy and everyone worked really well to meet my needs. Christian was wonderful to work with as well. They stayed late after closing hours to finish my purchase (I came in late in evening ).The whole team couldn’t have made it easier to make my purchase successful. Great bunch!

We had been on the hunt for a Buick Envista for our daughter for several months. She was very specific on color and trim and due to the popularity of said vehicle, it was becoming a challenge to find said car. We had several interactions with different sales men-but Jacob at the Dublin Buick made it happen! He wasn’t pushy,he was knowledgeable and kind. He made the transaction smooth. We were in and out of the dealership in less than an hour with complimentary All-Weather floor mats. We were happy customers in the end!

Not very happy with the service. I scheduled an appointment for two recalls that I received notice on and an oil change. I showed up for my appointment and was told that they had no record of my appointment and on top that, they had no technicians to do the software updates for the recall, they can only do the oil change but I would have to leave my car there for two days. I live 90 minutes away, so what a waste of three hours. (Traveling there and back home) The response that I got from the service department when I was there was that I should go somewhere else closer to my house, and they would not give me a loaner vehicle. I purchased the vehicle from them and this is how that want to treat their customer? I guess they don’t want me as a future customer to purchase another vehicle. And yes, I have a email confirmation of my appointment. I left and had to get everything done at another dealership.
