Our family and I have very great experience in Dublin Dental Care since we moved to Pleasanton in 2013. Dr. Pang and his team are very professional and friendly. My family had been taken care of very well in each visit. I felt very comfortable without any pain during the dental surgeries. His wife Sara is a very good manager and always able to make very good plans and schedules for you. After our family moved to the south bay area in 2018, we decided to continue to use their dental services even though we had to drive 1 hour to Dublin from the south bay because we felt very confident in their professional services and wanted to maintain our good friendship. We would like to highly recommend Dr. Pang and Sara's Dublin Dental Care to you and I believe you could have the best dental services.

Dublin Dental Care the staff not friendly, and the manager didn't like the patients be friendly with the doctor or staff. Dr Pang run this business as IN N OUT. I had been stop going in Dr Peng office. The Doctor won't did good job. Now start charging a cancellation fee of $50 for patients who cancel appointments without giving us notice 48 ridiculous. If the patients forget and the staff not reminding than patients will charging fee.

Sara gives a very thorough summary and always tries her best to accommodate our schedules for future treatment plans. Dr pang is the most experienced and helpful doctor, he always explain clearly, nurses here are always let me feel welcomed. I've been going to this dental care for years, also brought my whole family to this office. Now l've been moved to LA for two years, but still use my vacation time to go back to Dublin Dental Care for my regular check up and hygiene. I had my root canal and crown here, even replaced my 20 years old crown at Dr Pang's office. He did an amazing job. Thanks for Dr. Pang and all the nurses here at Dublin Dental Care.

Scheduled 2 appointments for myself and a family member 30 minutes apart. Confirmed the appointment via text. 10 minutes before my 1st appointment, they called and said I missed my first appointment. I read my confirmation text to them, then they changed and said it was confirmed by phone. I asked which phone number they called and who called, they said they can't confirm. Here is the funny part, they blamed me for making the doctor have no patient to work on during that time, which wasn't my appointment and I never confirmed that or received any kind of notification.

Funny part number 2, they told one of my family members from the previous visit, that her teeth need extra attention due to bad condition. After 2 minutes, she told the same family member, her teeth are totally healthy, and hardly see anyone taking care of their teeth like this. This 2 comments are from the same doctor, to the same patient, on the same day, just 2 minutes apart.
