Recently got my oil change done and the service team was amazing! SK always explains in detail what the team will be completing and told us the time the car would be done. He offered a shuttle ride to nearby areas to grab some food which was very thoughtful. he was very attentive, professional, and very kind. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Infiniti of Dublin. Despite having a scheduled appointment at 11:15 AM, I was informed upon arrival that they wouldn't be able to attend to my vehicle for another 3 hours. This complete disregard for my time is unacceptable and unprofessional. It's baffling how a dealership can so blatantly disregard appointments and leave customers stranded without any regard for their schedules. This level of inefficiency and disrespect for customers' time is simply appalling.
Infiniti of Dublin clearly needs to re-evaluate their scheduling practices and customer service protocols. A simple reminder call to reschedule or an apology for the inconvenience would have been appreciated. Instead, I was left feeling undervalued and frustrated. I strongly advise anyone considering Infiniti of Dublin to think twice and perhaps explore other dealerships that prioritize and respect their customers' time.

Had my truck serviced today at Dublin Infiniti. Great experience start to finish so giving a perfect 5 ⭐️!! When I called yesterday to make an appointment, I was hoping they would be able to schedule me today and without even asking, they said they can see me today, so worked out perfectly as per my plans. SK Khem, my service guy, was amazing. He checked my service history and read out all my recent services and told me exactly what needed to be done this time and what will happen at next service. SK kept me updated throughout, explained clearly when it took longer than expected. He was very friendly and took care of everything quickly and smoothly. Waiting area was very nice and convenient. I was able to get some work done while I waited. Bathrooms were clean. Sales guy was also very nice. Overall experience was very excellent. Thanks SK.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Quick process. John was the guy who knew all the details of the cars and he had amazing customer service. Very friendly and helpful. Very willing to help you anytime in the future as well. Phil was the numbers guy and he gave us a great deal. He didn’t mess around. Just to the point. Jesse helped us with the financing and he was quick and efficient as it was getting late and we were hungry! Everyone involved in the process was a pleasure to work with.
