Keith is very personable and took his time patiently explaining the details and features the car had to offer. He also went beyond the regular test drive routine by walking me through my options, as well as customizing my experience from technology to comfort. I also enjoyed Keith and Alex's endless support and jokes, which made this a memorable experience overall. I definitely recommend purchasing a car here as I trust the great team they have working here who are always ready to help you find the car that best fits your lifestyle and budget.

Went into Dublin Mazda with my wife to look at used CX-5’s. Luckily, Sam came out to help us because he was an amazing salesman. He showed us our options for used cars and explained the benefits of buying a new car as well. He was never pushy or we never felt like he was just trying to make money off of us. He gave us the information and let us decide. Once we decided, he did everything in his power to make sure we were comfortable with the price and payments! If you are looking for a new or used car, ask for Sam!

The entire staff was great, the front desk lady was super kind and the finance manager was also very helpful! Definitely recommend this dealership!

Frank, David, and Paul are amazing. They are professional, helpful, friendly, informative, and plain nice guys.

I had a crack in my windshield and had it replaced by Safelite. Safelite did not reinstall the windshield properly at all. Paul showed me all of the things wrong with the install and Dublin Mazda Service Department fixed them all.

Note to self, did not allow anyone to work on your car unless it's Dublin Mazda. It doesn't matter how inexpensive you think it will be, it will cost you more in the long run to have it repaired and done right.

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Dublin Mazda.

I get all of my services at Dublin Mazda. They always have good hours and can accommodate me when I need an oil change. And they wash my car to boot.

After a bad accident I was in the market for a new car and decided to go to Dublin Mazda. I went in with my guard up because of the fear of being taken advantage of by sleezy car salesmen. Also my dad wasn’t with me so I was super nervous because I don’t know much about cars. Then I met Keith. Keith Morita is hands down the best car salesman I have ever encountered. He was so kind and genuine and really made sure I got what I wanted in my CX-5. Not once did I feel taken advantage of or like I was signing my life away. He truly cared and worked with me all day until the deal was don’t. . I am so appreciative of the team at Dublin Mazda. I am very picky and would highly recommend them for your vehicle needs. Ask for keith morita, he is the best!

Having my CX5 serviced at Dublin Mazda always insure my car is in top condition. I purchased my vehicle from Dublin Mazda, their service is great! My last oil change, they found an issue with my computer screen and replaced it for no charge. If I had gone somewhere else, I don’t think they would have found it or covered it.
I highly respect their service team.

I had to visit the service center twice to get my car serviced. I had booked an appointment for 10 AM on Saturday, but when I arrived, I was told that 10 AM was too late to finish the service on the same day and that I might need to leave my car over the weekend. However, during my initial visit, I was informed that the service would take 4 hours, and if I arrived at 10 AM, I should be able to pick up my car by 2 PM. Unfortunately, on the day of my final visit, I received conflicting information. The service center did not clearly communicate the expected service duration.

The car buying experience with Dublin Mazda was absolutely fantastic. We had an appointment with Troy who was an absolute pleasure to work with. We discussed prior to the appointment that we were shopping for my mother who has not bought a car in over two decades and determined 3 models to show her as well as the only requirement we knew was it needed to be red. Upon arrival for the appointment Troy really listened to her about her needs and wants.
We were in and out quickly and did not feel pressured to have to harshly negotiate. Troy went above and beyond to make my mother comfortable in her purchase decision of a red CX-5 with all the bells and whistles.
Very happy with the experience and will be sending everyone to Troy.
