Excellent service from Ron Dupratt Ford dealership! We did majority of the dealing over the phone as we live out of state. It was nerve racking as we have never done that before. Brandon made the whole experience smooth and seamless. And calmed our nerves. Very upfront and honest dealing. We flew in to Sacramento and they even sent a driver to pick us up at the airport. After that it was quick and easy! Brandon spent time answering questions and showing us all the features, but we were out of there in an hour!
