Came in just to pay a Traffic Ticket. I'd showed up early before it opened. It wasn't packed (Dublin is a small town) Free Parking (Dont park in the employee lot) after security, CHECK which line you're suppose to go Traffic or Criminal, you'll see the sign. The lady at the counter was nice and informed us of our options, but really just to pay a Traffic Ticket. Got in and out in less than 15 mins. Best not to do it at last minute.

If you close at 2:30pm why do you say you close at 4:30pm? I drove one hour here and one hour back for nothing. And he said But our building won't close down until 4:30pm just the services closed. What?
