Most of the county workers are good but one or two rotten apples ruin it the the rest. Some of the case working are rude and are not wanting to help people. They would rather get you in and out as fast as possible. This is a welfare office that is supposed to help people and their employees should want to help people as well. That just doesn't always seem to be the case.

I now live in Kentucky. I went into this office to get help with my sons medical insurance. It was the absolute WORST experience of mu life! My son is going through a medical emergency and i cannot receive help for him because I cannot get anyone to work with me. I cannot get medical for him in Kentucky because they need a denial letter from the California that I cannot get from California. They were very insensitive to my situation and did not help me at all. I am absolutely appalled at their behavior. Then, when I asked both woman their name, she would not give it to me and asked me to call the number. I have called the number several times and they told me to go into an office.

I had no problems with this office or with the help I received. I actually felt that everyone that I spoke to there was very supportive and respectful. I wasn’t there all that long considering everything they had helped me with.
