I visited the studio recently and everything was great beyond of what I expected. Thank you for having us.

Unfortunately, tonight I had an extremely negative experience at East End Studios. Genard via the SRO Department, discriminated against my client and I on two seperate occasions while at the studio. The 1st occasion was immediately upon meeting him, and also for a second time when production called a 15 minute break, I was making a quick car trip; We were walking past Genard, he looks over to a security guard and makes the comment "wow, I knew these 2 were going to be a problem." I am honestly shocked at his unprofessionality and very unsure why we were pointed out in that manner, it still doesn't make sense, as we were very respectful to him and his team. At that moment, we decided to share that he made us very uncomfortable since the moment we met him, that his heavily condescending attitude towards us was uncalled for. We then decided to leave the taping, as his need to negatively target us was irrational. No one deserves to be treated the way Genard treated us tonight. My client and I both work in very high level entertainment, working in film and major festivals regularly; the producers inside the studio were obvious pros and respectfully asked us to join the front row of the ring, as we were excited & brought our A-game to the taping. We attend WWE & AEW events for fun and looked forward to tonight's Women of Wrestling show. We don't regularly attend SRO tapings and will be sure not to ever again, Genard's extreme unprofessionality needs real attention. Genard needs accredited training, so he can understand what it means to be condescending, and that discrimination is harrassment. Considering how many people he deals with for each show, I can guarantee this is a consistent demeanor with many others. My client and I are respectful, true professionals and didn't deserve to be treated so poorly tonight at East End Studios. A report is also being made with East End's Human Resources.
