Customer service is nonexistent. You get the feeling your business isn't even wanted. If you need to bring your tanks to be filled, don't bother.

Getting a 1 because 0 stars isn’t an option. Tank rent is exorbitant. Never goes down and after years and years of paying rental, the tank is never yours. When you need gas,especially after hours, you won’t get any response from them.

I called East Gas this week because my Gas tank was leaking Gas... I was told I haven't purchased gas in a while and the don't fix leaks .. So I called another gas company and they were here in 30 minutes... I own my on tank just me in the home so I don't use a lot of gas . God Bless..
