Buyers beware: I bought a $3000 bike which was defective within 2 weeks. There is a 15% restocking fee and you WILL NOT under any circumstances get all your money back if you want to return DEFECTIVE products. This is not a business which will stand behind their products in a reasonable capacity.

Dennis was really helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choosing our new e-bike. He was able to answer all our questions about the battery life, the warranty, the service, the type of e-bike to choose depending on the use (class 1 or 2) and how to best recharge the battery.

The closure on a Tuesday was due to our Tuesday employee testing positive for Covid that morning, and me being unable to get down there to open up on my day off. Generally we get a sign up when there is to be a closure, but if nobody from our sister store managed to do it, I sincerely apologize.
