We were having intermittent issues with our furnace where it would stop heating mid cycle. Our technician Dave was amazing and was able to diagnose the hard to replicate problem. He was extremely knowledgeable and took a methodical approach to fix our furnace without just ordering new expensive parts. I contacted Econo West based on the Google Reviews for routine servicing of our gas heater -- and everyone was correct! Their technician, Guillermo, was outstanding! He noticed that a condenser was leaking inside the heater -- and drove all the way to Oxnard & back to obtain & install the new part. Guillermo was very knowledgeable about heaters, and thoroughly explained what the problem was & how he would fix it. Kudos for a job well done!
