Several years ago, we had a garage gate issue at our property and I was lucky to have come across Overhead Doors. They completely blew our old gate vendor out of the water by giving us prompt, competent, reliable and friendly service from the 1st interaction. Dealing with Jack and Chelsea on the front end has made my job easy and they are fair, responsive and good people and every Tech that comes to our property has been extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and go above and beyond and their services is unmatched. Add all of this to the fact that their pricing is fair, means
I will not deal with gate company as long as they are available.

We had garage door openers replaced by Overhead Door in Seattle. They did a great job! The RMZ Trolley operators are a little quieter than our old ones and our garage doors don't slam down to the floor like they did before. We have had no problems with the transmitters as well. We were given a discount on our bill due to a communication error in the beginning. I would recommend this product and company in the future.

Chelsea and Aaron are the easiest, most efficient and helpful support staff for Fire Overhead Doors. We have enjoyed their promptness to assist. Very understanding and patiently listens.

Quick and easy trip to pick up some metal frame parts to take back to my works warehouse and assemble them into the frame of any size or shape of industrial strength storage shelves. Upon completion of the shelves we use 3/4" particle board cut to the specific dimensions of the varying shelves and that thickness is sufficient for what weight we use with them and it works great. We have been using PAPE engineered products for over 10 years and they dont disappoint! I highly recommend checking these out as an alternative to other warehousing storage shelves.
