We rented a Toyota Camry fairly new with updated technology and rental price at a competitive price. Pick up and drop off was easy. I'd definitely recommend Enterprise. The only thing I think would have made the rental experience better was that after we made our reservation online, I received an email from Enterprise offering a 10% off our rental, but when I got to the Enterprise counter at the Airport, the clerk did not honor the 10% discount as he claimed was received after we had made our reservation.

Dallas is Amazing ! Picked up an 2022 Audi MZ during our trip to Monterey and got a low pressure warning while we were headed to Big Sur . The pressure was decreasing rapidly and made us feel unsafe to continue driving it any further. We called the main number for Monterey Airport Enterprise and we were quickly helped by Dallas ; she said to bring the car back and she would take care of us when we got there .
As soon as we get to the airport , she quickly got to work , had a handful of keys and was looking for a similar vehicle. Can you believe that she found us another Audi , washed it for us and got us going within 20 minutes !!! The Service was excellent - i will be sure to come back to Enterprise and so grateful that she quickly took care of us .

The car was completely clean, in perfect condition, and the checkout was good. When I returned the car on Thanksgiving day, the Enterprise desk was one of few that was staffed. Altogether, a good experience.

Rental desk closed at 10pm and flight was delayed arrival and showed up at 1045pm. Unable to pick up vehicle. Called prior to flight to inform them of delay and they were unable to stay for passengers to get their vehicles. Next day went to pick up. Had to step aside so they could help an exotic car customer (who had no reservation) before they would help me (who was already in line). On top of that none of the cars were ready for rental and needed cleaned (they stated none of the employees the previous night cleaned any cars). Sounded like had my flight arrived on time the previous night there wouldn't have been any available cars anyways. Car received wasn't filled up on gas and was at 3/4 tank. Car had issues working with Bluetooth and our phones. In the end, the car served its purpose but will look to other rental companies in the future.

Should add, they did not do vehicle inspection at vehicle pick up and drop off. I took photos of damaged areas myself prior to leaving to be safe. Make sure you do the same after seeing many stories of this company sending notices months later of damages done and repairs owed.

Rental process on the application was easy. The pick up was fast and the vehicle was very nice. California rental pricing is outrages though. I paid $200 for pickup Friday at 10pm and drop of Sunday at 3 am. The most I had ever paid for rental on the type of vehicle I got Nissan Sentra I think has been $40 a day. I did quote outside of the MRY airport and the rate was a bit more reasonable. I would have done that but they were not open to were they could come pick me up at my arrival. I am rating a 5 star because the experience was smooth and easy but the price just too much. Never again

Extremely poor customer service experienced at Enterprise at the Monterey Regional Airport location on Sunday, November 10, 2024, from the assistant manager while completing an exchange. Disappointing experience I hope no other customer ever experiences the dismissive, unconcerned, and unprofessional service I received that day from the assistant manager, please do better.

The employee at the counter in the morning of the 25.10. did a really great job. He changed our malfunctioning car in no time so that we were able to catch our flight at SFO the same day. Furthermore he was super polite. Thank you!

The car was newer and clean. I had my mobility impaired mother with me and the Enterprise representative behind the desk actually went to the lot and pulled the car around and parked it curbside in front of the airport for us! Enterprise at the Monterey airport is well run and the employees are friendly and helpful.
