We have had nothing but issues with this company. We did not choose them as our propane vendor. The tank was set and installed per the building contractor. Several of our neighbors later told us that we should change vendors as soon as possible. Which we plan to.
We’ve been lied to, mislead and our families lives put in MORTAL DANGER. Our gas stove in our new home was hooked up incorrectly by them. When our gas was turned on it filled our home with Propane. Of course we knew to immediately evacuate (which they told us in an alarmed tone when I called to report it) They told me how to turn off the gas at the tank and immediately came to our house to fix it. Later on they said it was no big deal and happens all the time? No apology. In fact they blamed the builder and said they never do installs inside the home. However the builder told us that they absolutely contracted with Estrella Blanca to install the gas stove. Also if EB never installs gas stove connections why would they be the ones to come out and fix it, free of charge? Fortunately we are not idiots as they had hoped, and we know that it in fact is not a common occurrence. PEOPLE DIE IN GAS EXPLOSIONS. Please use anyone else.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They lie to their customers, set up appointments and never show up. They told us to mail in our contract and then disconnected our gas because they never received it. When I called I was told they stopped getting mail at their address due to multiple mail thefts. Not sure if my contracts were stolen or just not delivered. I immediately emailed new contracts to them and was told our gas would be reconnected today. They told us someone must be home when they arrived. We waited 4 hours and still no one showed up, we called the office 4 times between 4-4:45pm. Supposedly they close at 5 but no one ever answered. They are closed on Sat and Sun so we cannot cook nor do we have hot water to shower etc. Extremely poor customer service and unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else for your propane.

They held our money for 2 weeks and never came or called us back when they said they would multiple times. They also have a tendency to lie. The service is horrible I wish they’d get better employees but I guess it’s a family “business”, but very unprofessional.

Horrible customer service. They never show up when they say they’re going to. Don’t care if you’ve ran out of propane in the middle of winter. Poor communication from office staff and drivers. We’ve used this company since they started and since management changed they’ve gone downhill FAST.

Well, today u will stop by to activate or set up an account. Hope there isn't drama.. Like jack griggs! Smh. I'm working in Porterville from LA. I'm helping a friend renovate a home that was abandoned. I tried reaching the landlords and the old tenant and I've heard nothing yet. I told Jack Briggs I'll be in town for 30 days and that I don't need to write a contract drop a deposit and all that. I'll be staying there aswell. I tried to explain to Jack Griggs that I would pay them 200 bucks just to fill it half way to get my job done they said no. Right now at 6:35 a.m. I'm in the house covered shivering haven't showered in a few days. The man who abandoned the property I had to pick up on all the bills so I'm deep in 2000 bucks plus an old Waste Management bill still pending. Please help me I'm getting up now to see you thank you
