It was wonderful. Gary was very nice to me and patient because I’m deaf. we communicated thru my phone note message and writing on paper to make sure I understand him. He shown me how to access to the gate and walked inside the storage building to find my spot. I liked how he used hand gestures to make sure I understand the Do’s and Don’ts rules. Thank u Gary!
