I went and met with Pat who assisted me in getting a typing splint designed and fabricated. He was communicative the whole process and made everything easy! The pricing was also super fair for the quality of customer service and product we got!

I contacted them and I spoke with there sales department on getting a quote, they took all of my information from me and they said that they would be in contact with me, they never came up with any final cost so I could finish my quote for my customer, after three days of waiting I started to call them at and they let me know that they drop the ball and they would get that quote to me ASAP, but that never happen this is after two more days of waiting, so back to the phone I went, and after call them they were out in the shop and could not get to the phone or so the receptionists let me know and she also said that there sales department would call me right back and that never happen. If they did not want the work they should had said so and I would have moved on. I believe that the inland empire for business is a bad ideal. I would not ever use them again or recommend them to any one else..
