Great experience at Fairfax brewing company. They have a large outdoor area with benches closest to the building. Having heat lamps that work really well. Inside the tables move around to accommodate different size groups. We had the whipped feta, fish and chips as well as the special which was a katsu sandwich. The whipped feta was out of this world with the perfect amount of honey. We also really liked our fish and chips which came with one large piece of fish and a good amount of chips and the the katsu sandwich was perfectly cooked. I will also say that the food came out incredibly quickly!

Came here after a hike looking for some good food and beverages. Thai noodle salad was a huge disappointment, so incredibly bland. Husband enjoyed the chicken sandwich and onion rings. Unfortunately they were out of the 4 packs we wanted and service was painfully slow.

Fairfax Brewing Company is a refreshing addition to downtown Fairfax and after tonight’s peek at a tasting and flight selection, it promises to become a local favorite. The brewery offers a diverse array of craft beers, each brewed with precision and flavorful names to match like Liquid Sunshine IPA, Tamalpais Tripel and Railway Rice Lager…something to please every palate. The food menu we sampled offered the right size bar bites with a flair- tuna tartare tacos topped with seaweed; sweet pepper sausage on a mini roll; corn flour beef tacos; and the quintessential beer battered fish n chips. With its welcoming atmosphere and commitment to quality, FBC will be a favorite for its exceptional brews, bites and a vibrant community gathering spot.

Actually went here a few weeks ago but meant to write a review and just remembered. It was a chilly but beautiful Saturday evening and we wanted to sit outside. The host greeted us promptly and was friendly and accommodating. They have heat lamps for some of the tables outside, they definitely help on a cold night.

The server (can’t remember her name, young brunette lady), came out promptly, and was nice as well. The food (a burger and garlic fries for my bf and steak frites with a side salad for me) came out unbelievably fast. It felt like minutes. How? I don’t know, but it was so good.

The steak was tender and flavorful, the sauce fresh and lovely, fries crisp and delicious, and the salad was great quality with a great dressing. Sometimes I think breweries phone in the food and I was so happily surprised. Bf really liked his burger. Oh! And another great thing is they have homemade hot sauces. Both delicious.

Great experience, can’t really speak to the beer but the food and service was great!

I was very pleasantly surprised at how good the food, service and, of course, the beer was. The garlic fries are even better than Iron Springs. The fish tacos were yummy as well. I loved Fairfax Brewing Company!! So happy to have a great local place back. Thank you.

One of the best brews l've had. Smooth clean refreshing.Great food menu especially at a brewery. Cool atmosphere and nice decor vibe. Like to see the brew window in real time. Friendly staff. Fish and chips 10/10.

We recently visited the new brewery in town and were thoroughly impressed! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening out. We ordered the nachos, and they were absolutely delicious, topped with perfectly cooked chicken. The flavors were spot on, and the portion size was generous. It’s great to have such a wonderful local spot to enjoy good food and drinks. Also, you can't miss out on the cucumber salad. Highly recommend checking it out!
