Family Memory Video ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Service – They Restored My Broken VHS Tapes!

I recently had my old VHS tapes converted to digital by Family Memory Video, and I am beyond impressed! Puja provided the most professional service in transferring three of my 35-year-old VHS C video cassettes into a memory stick. It took her three hours for same-day service. And her charge is very affordable. She is so friendly & resourceful. I'm giving her more tapes and pictures to work on. Pooja is a lovely person! She met with me, gave me a quote, and promised my VSH tapes would be transferred over before Christmas. She delivered! Pooja is absolutely incredible at what she does and I could not recommend her more to anyone looking to digitize or restore their home tapes and videos. I brought her all my family's home videos - VHS, mini DV, mini VHS , some from nearly 40 years ago, and she captured them all. I appreciate her hard work so much - some of our tapes were covered in dust, dirt, mildew from being kept in a dusty old cupboard for so long- and Pooja took the time to clean each one.

She is also kind and personable, kept me updated consistently throughout the process, and is a lovely person to speak with who has 25 years of experience in this field. I can't thank her enough for getting these priceless memories digitized and saved for me and my family so I could show everyone on Christmas Day. I will be recommending her to everyone I know! I was afraid my VHS tape was not salvable due to years of mold collected, but Pooja worked her magic and was able to clean, save the damage tape, and also convert the video digitally. Pooja is a joy to work with! I previously had a bad experience using LegacyBox to transfer family movies to digital format. (LegacyBox had extremely long delays, they cropped many of the movies, and failed to deliver some of the results until I complained.) Working with Pooja was so much easier! She did a fabulous job of converting several 16mm and Super8 films of mine into digital (mp4) format. The results were excellent and I am super happy to have these in their new format!
